Colour is everywhere and whether we recognise it or not, it plays a massive part in our lives. From the colour of your clothes, car or even nail varnish, to your home decor or favourite stationery, we are certainly much happier, productive and creative if we like the colours around us. Most of us wake up with a spring in our step in the bright and vibrant summer season compared to the dark, dull colours of winter. There is lots of research about how colour affects our mood and well-being at work so we thought we would share the best gems we could find.
